BIOGRAPHY

Bright Kelly is a Philadelphia native, and he comes with all of the grit and soul for which the city is known. As the frontman of alternative rock band The Great Enough, he has toured and performed with Imagine Dragons, Sir Sly, Judah and the Lion, Mike Shinoda, The Wallflowers, Eve 6, Missio, The Brevet, Cracker, Atlas Genius, and a ton more. As a solo artist, he has worked with members of John Lennon’s Plastic Ono Band, Parliament-Funkadelic, Frank Zappa and the Mothers of Invention, and The Dave Matthews Band. He is also a widely respected session vocalist, heard on more than 500 recordings ranging from children’s music to country music, and everything in between.

The Quiet Ones EP, an acoustic/orchestral chamber pop album with extremely sparse arrangements, was released on limited-edition cassette in early 2023 to a positive critical response. The lead single, “Shake Til the Fever Is Gone” was selected by Spotify’s editorial team as a “Fresh Finds Folk” track, which led to a significant growth in Bright’s international following.

Then, in late 2023, Bright released the electrified Funeral Tickets EP in the middle of an 11-city tour. The song “I Remember Everything” immediately landed on several playlists, and Philadelphia hosted a packed release show.

Funeral Tickets (Deluxe), an LP expansion of the EP, will see a limited vinyl release thanks to Softwax Record Pressing, and 2024 will include another tour in support of the project.
